Pastoral Care
Pastoral care is foundational to the vision and mission of KCA. We aim to reflect the love of Christ, endeavouring to be a place where people feel loved, cared for, supported and encouraged.
Our mid-week small group meetings offer our first level of pastoral support. These are groups where friendships develop, where people know and look out for each other, upholding each other in prayer. Initial pastoral care support can also be accessed through our Sunday meetings where prayer ministry is offered at the end of each service.
For times when life’s challenges mean further support is needed, KCA has a pastoral team made up of both staff members and volunteers who can listen and pray with you. We also provide specific pastoral support groups, such as the Bereavement Journey group.
If the issue you are facing requires specialized assistance, we can signpost you to external counsellors or agencies.
