CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER

Friendly, attentive, and always ready to help, our customer service manager ensures every interaction is a positive one. They keep communication clear, timely, and human.

SUNDAYS | 9.30AM OR 11.15AM SERVICE

Team Led by: Fizzy Dagnall

Time & Location: Sunday morning, one service, once a month (2hrs from setup to close)

What we are looking for: People willing to assist a leader in facilitating a group of approx. 12 young people. Spend time with the youth, building relationships with them, encouraging them and nurturing their faith.

What is the commitment: To help through a 45 minute session for a group of 11-15 year olds, with the session being run by another leader.

Anything else: You’ll need a DBS to serve on this team and will need to complete KCA safeguarding training.

SUNDAYS | 9.30AM OR 11.15AM SERVICE

Team Lead by: Fizzy Dagnall

Time & Location: Sunday morning, one service, once a month (2hrs + 1hr max prep)

What we are looking for: People willing to lead a group of approx. 12 young people. Spend time with the youth, building relationships with them, encouraging them and nurturing their faith.

What is the commitment: To prep some age-appropriate teaching using the resources we provide. To lead a 45 minute session for a group of 11-15 year olds.

Anything else: You’ll need a DBS to serve on this team and will need to complete KCA safeguarding training.

MID-WEEK HOUSEGROUPS

Team Led by: Fizzy Dagnall

Time & Location: An evening in the week (1.5-2hrs)

What we are looking for: People willing to journey in faith with a group of 12-18 young people. Spending time with the youth: having fun, building relationships, encouraging them and nurturing their faith.

What is the commitment: To help facilitate a 1.5/2hr session for a group of youth; younger or older - we have groups for each age bracket that run separately.

Anything else: You’ll need a DBS to serve on this team and will need to complete KCA safeguarding training.

SUNDAYS | 9.30 OR 11.15 SERVICE

Time & Location: Sunday morning, one service, once a month (2hrs)

What we are looking for: Young people (under 18) wanting to help facilitate a Kid’s/Mini Church session. Getting to know the children, encouraging and supporting them. Practically helping the session leaders.

What is the commitment: To help during a 1.5 hr morning session, with children aged 3-11.

Anything else: 16+ year olds will need a DBS to serve on this team and will need to complete KCA safeguarding training.
