Everyone plays an important role in the life of the church, we have many teams serving during the week and on Sundays. Elders, Staff, and Trustees have vital roles in providing oversight, accountability, leadership and administration. They help shape the vision, ministry, and work that God has called us to do as a church community.

KCA Elders

The Elders are responsible for setting the overall vision and future direction of the Church, holding the Lead Pastor accountable to ensure the vision and values are implemented, ensuring the Church's teachings and practices align with Biblical theology, providing avenues for pastoral care, conflict resolution, and restoration, and creating policies that clearly define the Church's values and Biblical operating procedures.
